Gary Coleman in trouble again? "What you talkin' 'bout, Willis?"
The former child star was charged Wednesday, Sept. 17, with two misdemeanors -- reckless driving and disorderly conduct -- stemming from an earlier incident at a Utah bowling alley, reports People.
"Mr. Coleman was notified today of the charges through his attorney," says Lt. Bill Wright of the Payson, Utah, Police Department. "[Coleman] never spoke to us about what happened, but we gathered evidence after speaking to witnesses and the other party involved."
On Sept. 6 around midnight, Coleman, 40, was backing out of a bowling alley when his truck hit Colt Rushton, 24, as well as another car. Rushton was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.
According to witnesses, Rushton had taken photos of Coleman inside the bowling alley, which led to an argument that continued outside.
Rushton's attorney insists that the photos were very casual fan pics taken by a cell phone, not a case of paparazzi tactics.
Rushton has sued Coleman and is seeking damages for medical bills, pain and suffering, and punitive damages.
