As usual, CBS claimed first place overall in Monday's ratings. FOX, however, snuck past the Eye to grab a win in the crucial adults 18-49 demographic.

CBS averaged an 8.7 rating/13 share for the night to win among households and total viewers. NBC, 7.4/11, came in second, and FOX was third a 6.6/10. ABC finished fourth with a 5.5/9. The WB took fifth with a 3.2/5, beating UPN's 1.9/3.

Among adults 18-49, FOX's 4.4 rating narrowly beat CBS' 4.2. NBC grabbed third in the demographic advertisers love with a 3.7. ABC averaged 3.2, The WB 1.8 and UPN 1.2.

"Deal or No Deal" dominated the 8 p.m. hour for NBC with a 9.0/14. ABC's "Wife Swap" delivered a 5.6/9 to take second, ahead of "Prison Break" on FOX. CBS struggled some with "The King of Queens," 5.1/8, and "How I Met Your Mother," 5.0/8. The penultimate episode of "7th Heaven" on The WB posted a 3.8/6. UPN trailed with "One on One" and "All of Us."

CBS moved into the lead at 9 p.m. with "Two and a Half Men," 9.4/14, and "Old Christine," 8.1/12. FOX snagged second with "24," 7.9/12. The season finale of "Supernanny" on ABC delivered a better-than-average 6.8/10, beating "The Apprentice," 6.2/9, on NBC. "Everwood" kept The WB in fifth. UPN averaged 2.1/3 with "Girlfriends" and "Half & Half."

At 10 p.m., "CSI: Miami" drew a 12.2/19 for CBS. "Medium" averaged 6.9/11 for NBC, and "What About Brian" came in at 4.2/7 for ABC.
