Cyber Monday ski-lovers sale: Liftopia gives you up to $50 more on gift cards to spend on discounted lift tickets

Liftopia, an online website that offers bargains on lift tickets at more than 250 U.S. and international resorts, has launched a week-long Cyber Monday Sale on gift cards that continues until Nov. 28.

The company is giving buyers as much as an additional 25% on the value of its gift cards.

Finding the heart of Shanghai, a haven for Jews in World War II

As I walked through Shanghai’s Hongkou district on a cold February day, I saw the names written in English, seven times, on a museum’s bronze perimeter wall. First name. Middle initial. Then Kessler — my last name.

The Celebrity Flora, a 100-passenger ship, will begin sailing out of Baltra Island in the Galápagos in May 2019, on alternating seven-night inner and outer loop itineraries.
