Feb. 16 and 17: Long Beach ScotsFest( Queen Mary )
ScotsFest at the Queen Mary will serve up haggis, black buns, porridge and lots of different whiskeys to taste. What's the across-the-pond connection? Turns out the ship was built by Scots in Clydebank in the 1930s. Party with the plaids during the grand parade, shepherding trials and bagpipe competitions. Tickets cost $18 a day for adults and $8 for children; parking is an additional $15. Info:
