Inside San Luis Obispo's newest boutique hotel
This is the story of a bistro that inspired a hotel. Owner Kimberly Walker created a new boutique hotel in downtown San Luis Obispo to go with the existing Granada Bistro. And, along with a design team, Walker settled on a look that's bohemian with Spanish accents. There's lots of exposed brick, hardwood floors and vintage furniture that complements the 1920s building. The hotel has 17 rooms, a roof-top lounge and a small spa. Here's what it looks like, inside and out.
