The Christmas feast doesn't have to include ham and candied yams - at least not on the Las Vegas Strip, where nearly every restaurant will be open Dec. 25.

Gebackener Tortenbrie will be one of the German dishes featured at Hofbrauhaus. Breaded, fried Brie will be served with a winter salad bouquet garnished with fried parsley and cranberries.
Roasted chestnut soup provides a twist on the traditional holiday nosh, and it's available at the Pub at Monte Carlo. It's made with apples and pancetta.
