Foodies will get their fill when the Food & Wine All-Star Weekend returns Oct. 4-6 to Las Vegas. At a poolside party, for instance, guests will be encouraged to try 10 kinds of burgers.
The fourth annual foodies weekend will officially launch at 8 p.m. Oct. 4 with "First Course Kick-Off" at Aria. Guests will be invited to sample appetizers from three of the resort's restaurants: barMASA, Julian Serrano and Sage. Moet & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot Champagnes will be served during the three-hour celebration at Aria's View Bar.
Chefs Masa Takayama, Julian Serrano and Shawn McClain will mingle with partyers. Admission is $135.
The food festival concludes Oct. 6 with the "From Far East to Champagne" brunch at Jasmine, a Chinese restaurant overlooking the fountains at Bellagio.
Tickets for the various events are available online.
