Offbeat Traveler: ‘Xmas 3,’ Brussel’s electric Christmas tree

Traditionally, a pine tree from the Ardennes region of Europe adorns La Grand-Place square in Brussels during the holidays. This year, it’s been replaced by an electric tree. The installation, titled “Xmas 3,” debuted at the end of November and will remain on display until Dec. 28.
