The scene: Daytime, it’s see and be seen in the Backyard; nighttime, it’s inside at Whiskey Blue.

Deal maker: Big, beautiful suites, upscale amenities and a Bliss Spa.

Deal breaker: Stylish service aims high but trips over its well-shod feet.
