VACCINES

The Centers for Disease Control says that depending on where in Tanzania you’re going and what you’ll be doing, there is a risk of hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, malaria and rabies. Consult with your doctor about vaccinations.

There is good cellphone service in all major population areas, but not so in rural areas. Most accommodations in or near the national reserve game parks have Wi-Fi.
