Emirates airline offers 2-for-1 sale price from L.A. to Dubai for $1,299
Quick, grab a travel buddy! Here’s a jaw-dropper of a twofer deal for those prepared to act fast. Emirates airline offers round-trip flights from Los Angeles and other U.S. cities to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates for roughly $649 per person.
The deal: Two people have to fly to snag the special price of $1,299 for two round-trip flights, which includes taxes and fees.
It’s the same price for travelers leaving from San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Boston, Washington, D.C. and New York City. And you’ll find a wide travel window for dates too.
There’s no special trick to finding the flights; I went to the website, put in relevant dates and the sale fares popped up. If you decide to grab a ticket, be prepared to book quickly with passport numbers, etc., at the ready as seats are likely going fast.
When: You must reserve by Thursday to take advantage of this offer. Travel is good anytime from March 24 to Dec. 10, based on availability.
Tested: I selected random dates (leaving May 10 and returning May 19) to test the deal. I found availability at the $1,299 price for two.
The same trip for two fliers from March 16 to 23 would cost $2,339, according to fares on the Emirates website.
