Now there’s one more way to get around Manhattan — and it’s free this week.

New York Water Taxi begins rush-hour ferry service along the island’s westside between Pier 84 at West 44th Street and downtown Battery Park.

It’s designed for commuters, but visitors may hop on as well for a sightseeing ride.

The new service runs weekdays only with three morning departures each way, between 7:40 and 9:05 a.m., and three evening departures each way, between 4:45 and 6:25 p.m.

The usual fare is $4.50 or $8 round trip, but rides are free through Friday.

Water taxis already take visitors to the Statue of Liberty on day and night tours.

An all-day All Access Pass, which costs $30 for adults and $19 for children, allows passengers to “hop on, hop off” to see the skylines of New York and New Jersey, the Brooklyn Bridge, Governors Island, Lady Liberty and other sites.
