Gettysburg National Military Park Cyclorama Center
War is waged in a section of the cyclorama at Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania. The enormous circular painting, which re-creates Picketts Charge, a climactic Confederate attack on Union forces during the pivotal Battle of Gettysburg in July 1863, has undergone renovations and will be unveiled this week in its new home the parks new museum and visitor center.
