Bystanders dig bullet fragments from trees Saturday along Boulevard Insurgentes in Tijuana, Mexico, site of a reported gang shootout that left 13 people dead.
Police said a running gun battle between rival gang factions spread across the east side of Tijuana in the early morning hours, culminating at a hospital downtown. Gangs warring over the drug trade are reportedly behind the violent incident |
