Where am I?: Steep fall

Long ago, the neighbors of these falls labeled them “the smoke that thunders” (but not in English).

This isn’t the highest or widest waterfall in the world, but configurations of the chasm makes them a wonder to look at. The drop is more than 360 feet, and the thing is a mile wide, marking the boundary between two countries. David Livingstone, the British global explorer, made it here in 1855.
