In-flight Turkish delight

During a trip to Cappadocia, Turkey, Gerry De Young of Lakewood took her first balloon ride, “an awesome experience.” She used her pocket-size Sony Cyber-shot 5.0 to snap some of the 16 balloons that were flying that May morning. “We even ‘kissed’ the large balloon at one time,” said De Young, who was on the trip with her husband, Alvin. “For everyone traveling to that area of Turkey, this is a must excursion.”
