Hello Pizza’s liquor license approved

The Planning Commission has approved a liquor license for a restaurant in the western section of the city.

Hello Pizza at 2261 Foothill Blvd., in the shopping center anchored by Big Lots, will be permitted to sell beer and wine through a conditional-use permit.

The commission also approved instructional tasting at Remedy Liquor, 823 Foothill Blvd.

The store will offer samples of alcohol through a manufacturer.
