Rock climbing, The Grilled Cheese truck slated for Sport Chalet’s Outdoor Expo

If you’ve ever wanted to scale a rock wall or just need to spruce up your fly fishing skills, then Saturday is a good day to stop by Sport Chalet.

The La Cañada Flintridge store invites patrons to check out its annual Outdoor Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2 Sport Chalet Drive in the Town Center, near Foothill Boulevard and Angeles Crest Highway.

Representatives from more than 40 sports brands will show off outdoor sports gear at the location. Locals can practice climbing a rock wall or check out climbing shoe and fly fishing demonstrations.

The Grilled Cheese and Longboards Ice Cream trucks will serve sandwiches and sweets throughout the day. The KLOS (95.5 FM) ‘Cool Patrol’ will also be there for a live broadcast featuring Gary Moore.
