Bill Reeves, 69, has been fly fishing in the San Gabriel Mountains for more than five decades. He is a member of a campaign pushing to have Congress shield a larger portion of the 655,000-acre range and its free-flowing rivers from pollution and population woes with the strongest federal laws possible.
