Syrian forces shell Homs, crisis deepens

Amateur footage purportedly showing more shelling in the Baba Amr area of Homs, Syria was posted on the internet by activists on Thursday. The clip, which showed the explosion followed by plumes of black smoke rising. (Feb. 23)
