Infographic: Fatal accident on movie set

During filming of the movie “Midnight Rider” near Jesup, Ga., in February 2014, a train struck a bed that had been placed on the tracks. In the collision, assistant camera operator Sarah Jones, 27, was killed and other crew members were injured.
