Postal workers held a rally in downtown Roanoke Tuesday. The group was stationed outside U.S. Rep. Bob Goodlatte's office. They want the Congressman to support a proposed bill that would no longer require the U.S. Postal Service to repay five years' worth of health and retirement benefits.
