Hunters Could Buy Your Treasure In Covington

Les Paul

Saturday is your last chance to sell your unwanted treasures in Covington. The group Treasure Hunters is set up at the Country Inn & Suites at 130 Holiday Boulevard. They'll be evaluating people's property from 9:00-4:00 on Saturday.

Treasure Hunters is one of the largest purchasing organizations in the world. Their events around the country are a bit like The Antiques Roadshow only without any tv cameras and the appraisers may just buy your stuff.

Already people are parting with their rare coins and jewelry. Treasure Hunters says it recently paid $23,000 for a $1,000 bill that dated back to 1880 and more than $100,000 for a 1959 Gibson Les Paul guitar.
