BEST MOVIES OF 2011: 4. THE ARTIST

Since I've seen THE ARTIST, I've been on a quest to convince the masses that it's more than just a pretentious, black and white silent movie for film buffs.

Director Michel Hazanavicius has created a throwback film for the massive. THE ARTIST is a true crowd pleaser, worthy of all of the buzz words old movies used to throw on screen during their trailers.

Just a great time, with the perfect ending.
