Saint Patrick High School is an all-male college preparatory Catholic high school located on the northwest side of Chicago, Illinois. Opened in 1861, it is among the oldest high schools in the Chicago area and the area's oldest all-boys Catholic school.

To commemorate its 150th year, Chicago author and St. Pat's alum, Daniel P. Smith, who wrote On the Job: Behind the Stars of the Chicago Police Department, has written a book on the history of St. Patrick High School called A Tradition of Brotherhood: 150 Years at St. Patrick High School.
