Nobel Prize-winning author Ernest Hemingway's home is up for sale.
Hemingway's childhood home is in Oak Park, and is going for $525,000. It's now being used as a three-unit apartment.
Plans to convert the house into a learning center fell through when Dominican University declined to continue partnering with Hemingway's foundation.
Built in 1906, the foundation hopes to restore the house to its original single family use.Copyright © 2014, Los Angeles Times
