Stuffed Cabbage Roll
Ingredients:
4-8 white cabbage leaves (depending on size)
1 cup ground pork
1 cup ground beef
1/4 chopped ham
2 teaspoons black olives chopped
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup tomato sauce (for baking use)
2 onions chopped whole
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white rice (pre-cooked)
3 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Prepare cabbage leaves by boiling them in three cups water, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup vinegar. Continue to boil for 10-15 minutes until cabbage starts detaching from the head. Add in 1/2 cup oil to a pan and add chopped onion, cook for 15 minutes. Add both ground pork and beef to the pan, along with the rice, ham, chopped olives, seasonings. Mix all of the ingredients for the filling. Create rolls by adding the filling to the cabbage leaf (measurement depends on the size of the cabbage). Put prepared rolls in the oven at 275 degrees for an hour and a half. Add tomato sauce (mix with water to create sauce mixture) to the top of the rolls so cabbage doesn't dry.
