And you thought olive oil was only for salads or cute catchphrases on national cooking shows!

Oh, Olive was created by former teacher / school principal Sandy Schuenemann and her niece Mary Kovel, who also has some experience in the education field. Today, the duo is instructing customers about the merits of olive oil and vinegar. They sell more than 30 varieites of each in their stores, imported from locations around the world.

We stopped into their fourth location that opened just last week, at 904 W. Armitage in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. They launched their first spot in Libertyville just two years ago.

We'll have more of their story and what makes a great olive oil on tonight's WGN News at Five. I'll post the feature here after it airs. Here's more info about Oh, Olive....
