Outrage continues to be felt right here in Chicago over the conflict in the Middle e\East.
Monday, people marched in the loop in support of Palestine and Tuesday, people marched in downtown Chicago to show their support for Israel.
Monday's protestors spoke out against the deaths in the past week due to Israeli airstrikes, including women and children.
Tuesday's supporters say Israel has a right to defend itself.
While the city is divided, Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is on her way to meet with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem Tuesday.
She also has meetings with Palestinian leaders in the West Bank and negotiators in Egypt.
This comes as Hamas declares a cease fire has been reached.
A Hamas spokesperon told Reuters that the agreement was brokered by Egypt.
