Republican presidential nominee John McCain laughs with former President Bill Clinton after the Arizona senator spoke at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York. Afterward, McCain flew to Washington for talks on the Wall Street bailout plan. In his speech, McCain said he could not stay on the campaign trail while the future of the American economy was at stake. "I'm an old Navy pilot, and I know when a crisis calls for all hands on deck," he said.
