Rafik Hariri

Rafik Hariri, a former prime minister of Lebanon and leader of the country's Sunni Muslims was slain in a car bombing in 2005. He is said to have had cordial ties with the Shiite Hezbollah group, which is accused in a German news report of a role in his slaying.
