38 women have come forward to accuse director James Toback of sexual harassment

On Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, Getty died at age 92, of congestive heart failure in his home in Pompano Beach. Getty co-authored Public Defender, a book published in 1974 chronicling his nearly 30 years of defending Speck and people involved in gangland wars and sex crimes.
