The second-degree murder trial for 45-year-old Muzzammil Hassan(moo-ZAHM'-mel HAH'-sahn) is scheduled to begin with jury selectionJan. 10.
Hassan is accused of killing Aasiya (AH'-see-ya) Zubair Hassanat Bridges TV in February 2009. Muzzammil Hassan had been servedwith divorce papers a week earlier.
