Two Men Gunned Down Following Block Party Brawl

Two men from Brooklyn were found shot to death inside a parked car following an altercation that broke out at a block party in Prospect Heights Saturday night, police said.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Washington Avenue and St. John's Place. The victims, identified as 23-year-old Vance Rock and 19-year-old Darrian Delk, were allegedly killed by gunmen on motorcycles.

Rock and Delk were rushed to Kings County Hospital, where Rock, who was shot in the head, was pronounced dead on arrival. Delk, who suffered a gunshot wound to the torso, was also pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital.

The victims, who according to police were involved in an altercation with a group of people at the block party, were sitting inside a parked Chevy Caprice when they were gunned down.

Police said they do not have any suspects at the time and the investigation is ongoing.
