An argument between employees at two businesses in Brooklyn, led to a deadly shooting in broad daylight on Thursday.

One man, 30, who was shot in the arm, was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital. Two other men are in stable condition with gunshot wounds, including a 30-year-old man who police say tried to run away before they arrested him.

A woman who lives near the crime scene on Fulton Street in the Ocean Hill section said the neighborhood has become extremely dangerous. "There's always drugs and stuff going on everyday," Anna Fuentes said. "I wouldn't be here at nighttime, cause I'm afraid of my life."

Sources say the dispute, involving workers from a tire shop and an auto repair, located in the same storefront, was over money.

A weapon was recovered, police said.
