Recipes:

For Adult Acne:Sweet Pineapple Scrub1/3 cup pineapple1 teaspoon lemon juice2 tablespoons cornmeal

In a blender, puree pineapple and lemon juice. Mix puree with cornmeal in a glass bowl. Gently massage the mixture onto your clean face for a few minutes, and then rinse off with warm water.

For Menopause/Sensitive Skin:Chamomile Mist¼ cup chamomile water2 tablespoons rose water

Combine ingredients in a bottle. Shake well. Mist your face after cleansing or if your skin feels dehydrated during the day.

For Dry Skin:Baking Soda Cleanser1 teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon honey1/3 cup milk

Mix all ingredients in a small glass bowl. Dampen your face and dip gauze into the cleanser. Gently wipe your face and rinse off with warm water.

For Pregnancy Acne:Milk Mask2 tablespoons powered milk¼ cup yogurt½ teaspoon honey

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl until well blended. Apply to your face, neck, or chest. Leave on for fifteen minutes. Rinse off with room temperature water.

For Dry Cuticles:Dry Cuticle Mask1 teaspoon almond oil½ teaspoon honey¼ avocado

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Massage the mixture onto your cuticles. Leave on for twenty minutes and than rinse off with warm water. Apply hand cream.
