Speaking outside Michael Jackson's dermatologist's office late Tuesday afternoon, the Los Angeles coroner said they were there to retrieve medical records of the late pop singer. Records that Jackson's doctor, Arnold Klein, has allegedly refused to hand over.

Debbie Rowe has apparently put down her boxing gloves, she's now with her attorney fighting her latest battle. He's apparently livid over an article in Tuesday's New York Post, claiming Rowe is dropping her custody battle against Michael Jackson's mother Katherine, in exchange for $4 million dollars.

The New York Post claims that a source confirms Debbie Rowe was agreeing to relinquish parental rights to her children with Michael Jackson, 12-year-old Prince Michael and 11-year-old Paris, the only child who spoke during last week's memorial for her father.

Rowe's attorney says the New York Post story is quote, "Completely false" and he's demanding the newspaper issue an immediate retraction.

In the article, Rowe is said to have forfeited her parental rights in the past, allegedly agreeing to let Jackson raise their children in exchange for a lump sum of $8-million, plus $900-thousand in annual payments for five years.

In 2005, there was another $4-million lump sum after Jackson was acquitted in his child molestation case.

The newspaper tells PIX News they are standing by their story.

In addition, an entertainment website unveiled a shocking email Rowe apparently wrote to a friend last week. It is alleged the former nurse responded quote, "Hell no," when discussing whether she wanted custody of her two children.
