Police arrested an Occupy Wall Street demonstrator after he was caught on surveillance video dumping 'large quantities of human urine and feces' on the stairs of an open-air plaza and in a Chase ATM vestibule.

Jordan Brooks Amos, 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Noxious Matter (urine and feces) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; he also faces a Criminal Possession of a Weapon charge after officers discovered a stun gun inside the vehicle.

In the surveillance video a demonstrator can first be seen dumping a large amount of what police say was human waste at a plaza at Nassau and Cedar Streets. Twenty minutes after the plaza dump, a demonstrator can also be seen on surveillance video pouring feces and urine into a Chase ATM. In both cases the same van was used to transport buckets of the foul mix.

Police apprehended Amos March 16th after tracing the plates on the van used to transport the foul mix.

The NYPD released news of the arrest a day after officers forcibly broke up a raucous Occupy protest at Union Square.
