Rayon McIntosh is the McDonald's cashier arrested for his supersized smackdown of two women who came around his counter to pick a fight. He has been cleared of all charges and was here to tell us what exactly happened that day and his pending civil suit against the fast food chain.

Rayon shot his best friend by mistake during a fight at the mall. He took a gun away from another young man when he shot his best friend. Rayon was 19-years-old at the time and he went to jail and served 11 years for manslaughter. He was released from prison in March and 8 months later he had this confrontation at his job at the McDonald's in the West Village.

Rayon had been asking the owner of the franchise segment for security at the fast food restaurant because of all the rowdy patrons. There was recently a gay man who was beaten at the restaurant.

When the two female customers attacked Rayon, he took matters into his own hands and it was all caught on video.

Rayon joined us to tell us about the extreme measures he had to take in his own self-defense and how he felt when the grand jury refused to indict him on felony assualt charges. Rayon now plans to file a civil suit against McDonald's. Also, the two women in the video were re-arrested again on separate charges and appeared in court Thursday.
