The Hate Crime Task Force is on the manhunt for two bandits, apparently targeting Hassidic Jews in Brooklyn.

Investigators say two men tried to rob five people in Crown Heights a span of two hours last Saturday.

The incidents happened on Presidents Street near Montgomery Street and Albany Avenue, and at the corner of St. John's Place and Utica Avenue.

The victims -- reported to be 15 and 35 years old -- were forced into handing over an undetermined amount of cash and personal property.

Last Wednesday, the suspects struck again -- unsuccessfully trying to force their way into a woman's home at Montgomery Street and Kingston Avenue.

The men are said to be in their late teens or early 20s. Police have released a sketch of one of the suspects.

Anyone with information regarding any of these incidents is asked to call the New York City Police Department's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
