Brooklyn Teen Killed By Out-Of-Control SUV; Driver Was Stabbed

Two people were killed late Saturday night in Ocean Hill, when an SUV jumped the curve, killing the driver and a 13-year-old girl, who sacrificed her life for her family and friends. There's also something of a mystery surrounding the crash.

Police say the SUV was heading west on Pacific Street near Saratoga Avenue, when it careened into three parked cars, backed into another and flipped over, landing on top of little Kirra Goddard -- in front of her home. Kirra's mother says her daughter is a heroine, because she yelled for her sisters and her friends to get out of the way, and by doing so, she couldn't get out of the way herself.

Meanwhile, the driver, Sean Lewis, 44, was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where doctors discovered that -- in addition to the injuries he got in the crash -- he had been stabbed in the chest.

Right now, no one knows if he died from the stab wound -- or injuries sustained in the accident. The city Medical Examiner will have to make that determination.
