Hurricane Sandy has put a damper on several Halloween activities in Central Pennsylvania..
Two Halloween parades have been cancelled in advance of the monstrous storm.
Both Hershey and Hummelstown have cancelled their parades that were scheduled for Monday, Oct. 29.

West Mifflin Halloween has been changed due to possible severe weather conditions. It has been moved to Saturday Nov. 3rd 6:30-8:00pm.

Due to the severe weather from Hurricane Sandy, Trick or Treat in the City of York, previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 6 8 pm is canceled. There are no plans to reschedule at this time.
Annville Township has rescheduled trick or treat night to Wednesday Nov. 7 from 6 to 8 pm.
Lower Allen Township's Trick or Treat, scheduled from 6-8 PM on Wed., Oct. 31st, has been rescheduled for 2-4 PM on Sat., Nov. 3rd
Lebanon County: Trick-or-treat activities, scheduled for Wednesday evening, October 31 in Lebanon County, may be subject to cancellation, due to inclement weather. A decision on the cancellation will be made Wednesday morning, and a release will be issued by noon. If it is necessary that trick-or-treating be cancelled, it will be re-scheduled by each individual municipality.
Trick-or-treat activities in Annville and Palmyra have already been cancelled, and re-scheduled for Thursday, November 1st , from 6-8 pm.
Spring Garden Township cancels Trick-or-Treat scheduled for Wed. Oct. 31st. It will not be rescheduled.
East Manchester Twp., Mount Wolf Borough and Manchester Borough postpones Trick-or Treat until Fri. Nov. 2 from 6-8pm
Palmyra Borough has rescheduled Trick-or-Treat for Thursday, Nov. 1st from 6pm-8pm.
