A new store in Lebanon County is gaining a lot of attention. The Zombie PX Store in Palymyra is a zombie supply store. Owner Steve Jackson opened within the past few weeks on East Main Street. He originally wanted to sell knives but it has grown into so much more. "It's been pretty busy, it's been you know pretty packed every day, weekends are really packed," says Jackson. He sells zombie T-shirts, food like dried zombie skin, zombie pellets and a zombie blood energy drink.
The store is a lot more than just zombies. Jackson sells supplies to help people survive in extreme situations. Ropes, gas masks, fire starters, water bricks, water purification tablets, non-perishable food, knives and much more. "The CDC and Homeland Security put out the list, what to be prepared for and if you're prepared for a zombie apocalypse, you should be prepared for everything," says Jackson.
The store is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. For more information or to 'like' them on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Zombie-Px/395165440546964Copyright © 2014, Los Angeles Times
