H1N1 Vaccine Clinic at the Middlebury Fire House, 65 Tucker Hill Road, from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Nasal Spray & Injectable Vaccine Available, but only by appointment. Please call 203-264-9616 to make an appointment.

The clinic is for Residents of Middlebury, Southbury, Woodbury, and Oxford. TheClinic at Middlebury Firehouse

No cost for vaccine. Nasal spray vaccine and injectable vaccine available. Injectable vaccine contains thimerosal.

Nasal spray vaccine priority groups to be vaccinated at this clinic: healthy children between ages of 2 & 6 years; healthcare workers who are healthy and younger than 49 years; people between the ages of 2 & 49 years who are healthy household contacts and/or caregivers of babies aged 6 months and younger.

Injectable vaccine priority groups to be vaccinated: pregnant women; household contacts and caregivers of babies younger than 6 months of age; all children 6 months to 4 years old; children 5 to 18 years who have high-risk medical conditions; and healthcare workers and EMS personnel.
