The Medical Examiner's Office in Richmond has determined 24-year-old Susana Cisneros died from "sharp force injuries to neck." The ME has classified her death as a homicide.

Police believe Nelson killed Cisneros. Cisneros' family says Nelson was married to another woman and was the father of the baby Susana was two weeks away from delivering.

Cisneros' brother  found her body Wednesday morning outside the Hardee's along the 5000 block of West Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia.

Henrico Police spokesman, Lt. Eric Owens, says police received a call around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning from the family of the victim.

They were concerned because their loved one had not returned home from work.

Lt. Owens says police and family members discovered the victim's body behind a freezer unit at the Hardee's.

Police say the body had obvious signs of trauma, though it will be up to the medical examiner to determine the cause of death.

Police discovered a bloody SUV parked outside a Meineke Car Care about 200 yards west of where the woman's body was discovered. Police examined that SUV for clues.

Wednesday night the victim's family attended mass at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Richmond, Virginia.
