Best Camera Store

Media Industry

1) Camera Bar

For the absolute best photography equipment, from the entry-level stuff all the way up, head to Hartford’s Camera Bar, where owner Rick Goldenthal and his son Aaron will gladly help you figure out exactly what you need so you can start cranking out professional-level snaps. “We continue to give good service and we continue to be on top of technology,” said Rick. “We have knowledgeable people working for us and very competitive prices.” Aaron graduated from college in 2011 and recently joined the business, where he handles the shop’s busy social media and website, where customers post questions about equipment or shooting situations and can expect a reply right away. “One of the main things our store offers is that it can go full circle,” Rick said. “We can do lighting, frames, processing, cameras, lens repairs, and so on. That's what we are all about: bringing families together. People feel they have a home here.”
