1) Whole Foods Market
You've heard of flash mobs. But have you ever heard of a flash kitchen? That's exactly what Whole Foods' Westport location hosts every month. The idea is to teach customers how to make a healthy meal, all in a flash — proving that healthy food can be just as convenient and easy to prepare as “convenience food.” Past recipes have included a raw kale salad and guacamole. It complements the store's other efforts to promote healthier eating choices, like a Healthy Eating Team.
