Tabor House, a safe haven for HIV Positive, homeless men in Hartford, is delighted to announce that classical American composer Tim Janis is bringing his Christmas Rose concert tour to the Sisters of St. Joseph Chapel this upcoming Sunday, December 2nd, at 7:30 pm. All proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Tabor House, which provides its residents with rehabilitation, health management, and outreach programs designed to rebuild relationships. The primary goal of Tabor House is to rehabilitate its residents into the community, leading independent lives with the skills and health resources they gain during their time in residence. Tabor House Executive Director, Sister Gertrude Lanouette, thinks that Tim Janis is the perfect artist for this fundraiser, as his music is “healing and transcendent.” A past conductor for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Tim will be performing at Carnegie Hall on November 29th, before coming to Hartford for this special concert. Tickets are $15 in advance and may be purchased by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org – or they can be bought at the door the night of the concert for $20 each.
