INDIANAPOLIS - With the mystery of camp location out of the way unlike past years, all that was left for the Colts was to set a time to start.

They did that on Monday afternoon, announcing the start of their 2012 training camp and the beginning of the Andrew Luck era.

On July 28th the team will report to camp and begin workouts at Anderson University on the 29th.

It will be the first camp with head coach Chuck Pagano and a rebuilt Colts team and will be the first to open without Peyton Manning on the team since 1997.

Last August the Colts and Anderson University signed a five-year extension to be partners in the annual preparations for the NFL season. The Colts moved there after spending the better part of a decade in Terre Haute at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.

The team moved back to Anderson in 2010, which was the original site of training camp when the team departed Baltimore for Indianapolis in 1984.
