The TLC show "Toddlers and Tiaras" is no stranger to controversy.
However, this week's episode had many people outraged.

One of the young contestants, 3-year-old Paisley, dressed as Julia Roberts in the movie "Pretty Woman."

The girl strutted around in front of a Beverly Wilshire hotel backdrop.
The Parents Television Council expressed its outrage saying, "We have a serious problem when the learning channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut."
However, Paisley's mom defends the wardrobe choice.
She says no harm was done to her child, and the outfit is less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits.
The mom says she also chose the elegant, brown polka dot dress Julia Roberts wore after her transformation in the movie, but those scenes were edited out.
Negative response from fans forced TLC to take down its Facebook wall.
